MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mrs. Krishna Kumari, Principal of Sanghi Vidyaniketan to conduct an awareness session on organ donation to staff members on June 06th, 2017.
There were about 30 teachers that attended the program. All the staff members were made aware of the need for organ donation in India, the concept of brain death, laws pertaining to organ donation in India, misconceptions, and myths regarding organ donation. Some of the staff members have promised to teach about organ donation to their students in turn igniting their minds on organ donation.
