On 01 Aug 2018 MOHAN Foundation JaipurCitizen Forum- Navjeevan team along with AU Small Finance Bankconducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Sumel Panchayat, Bassi, Jaipur.
Dr. AmlaBatra, Dr. Hivani Sharma and Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF team.
Mr. Tarun Shukla (Team Leader) also attended the session on behalf of AU Small Finance Bank.
Mr. Madan Lal (Sarpanch) and Mr. Avdesh Pandey (Gram Sevak) along with 90 villagers attended the program and got sensitized about the noble cause of organ donation.
Dr. AmlaBatra gave presentation and described the concept of brain death and organ donation with the help of presentation and videos.
Some questions were asked and answered by MFJCF team members.
After the session 30 villagers picked up donor cards and posed with message board “I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION” for the photographs and promised to spread awareness about organ donation amongst friends and family.
