On 6th Aug 2018, MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum- Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Ramsarpalawala Panchayat, Bassi, Jaipur. Ms. Ranju Jain, Ms. Sujata Baheti and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF team.
Ms. Komal Devi Dhobi (Sarpanch), Mr. Bheru Sahay Sharma (Gram Sevak) attended the session along with 70villagers got the vital information.
Ms. Ranju Jain delivered the talk and covered points like-
1. Green Corridor
2.Cause of Brain Death.
3. Eye Donation.
4. Pledge of Organ Donation.
Ms.Ranju Jain gave presentation and described the concept of brain death and organ donation with the help of presentation and videos.
Some questions were asked and answered by MFJCF team members.
After the session 70 villagers picked up donor cards and posed with message board “I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION” for the photographs and promised to spread awareness about organ donation amongst friends and family.
