On 11th August 2019, Zee TV Rajasthan honored and awarded Mrs. Bhavna Jagwani, the Convener of MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum (MFJCF) in an event at Jaipur for her contribution towards promotion of the organ donation cause in Rajasthan. The event saw around 250 people in attendance.
Mrs. Jagwani also delivered a speech on the subject of organ donation during the event, and appealed to the community to join hands with MFJCF for promotion of the cause in Rajasthan.
She explained how a brain dead individual can save the lives of 8 other people through organ donation and enhance the lives of more than 100 through tissue donation. Tissue donation following natural death was also explained by her.
