On 14th Aug 2021, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness talk on Organ Donation at main OPD section waiting area and Pulmonology Department of B.J. GMC, Pune. Mr Jagdish Borude along with MBBS intern Dr Shubham organised this campaign as a part of World Organ Donation Day celebration. An informative desk was also manned at main OPD section waiting area along with informative fliers on Organ Donation for the public.
Dr Shubham introduced the speaker Mr Jagdish Borude of MOHAN Foundation to the students of Pulmonology Department after that Mr Jagdish began session by introduced MOHAN Foundation to the participants. He explained the following points in detail:
Around 35 participants attended the session and 20 took pledge to become Organ Donor. MOHAN Foundation thanks Dr Shubham, Pulmonology Department of B.J. GMC Sassoon General Hospital Pune for inviting us and supporting the cause of Organ Donation.
