On September 27, 2025, MOHAN Foundation, in collaboration with NOTTO, Lions Club Rishikesh Devbhoomi, and the Chemists Association of Rishikesh, organized an awareness drive by pasting organ donation information stickers in medical stores across Rishikesh.
This initiative was part of the Swasth Nari Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan and Angdaan Jeevan Sanjeevi Abhiyaan of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The program was led by Mr. Gopal Narang, Charter President of Lions Club Rishikesh Devbhoomi, along with Mr. Sanchit Arora, Project Leader at MOHAN Foundation, stationed at AIIMS Rishikesh, and other club members who actively participated in the campaign.
The drive focused on spreading awareness about organ donation and promoting MOHAN Foundation’s 24x7 helpline number through stickers prominently displayed at medical stores. In addition to pasting the stickers, pharmacy owners also shared information about organ donation with the public.
Around 80 medical stores were covered under this initiative, and three participants came forward to register and pledge for organ donation on the NOTTO website.
