MOHAN Foundation, Hyderabad visited HMRI on the 21th of this month, which is the Health and Medical Research Institute, located in Hyderabad.
HMRI gives online health advice, services and information to people calling on # 104.This is a 24/7 service and a not for profit organisation, supported by AP state Government.
A presentation was made almost 50 staff members of HMRI which is a combination of Doctors, Team leads and other staff, young and old, supporting to this cause of sharing information and advice.
We also went around their call-center facility to look at how they work.
