On the occasion of Late Mr.Kanshi Ram’s Birth day, Mr.Vijay Kumar Vice president of Scheduled Caste Rights Protection Society Andhra Pradesh (SCRPS) and employee of Nuclear Fuel Complex (NFC) invited MOHAN Foundation to make a presentation on Organ Donation to the staff on 15th March, 2014.
Dr. Bhanu Chandra, MOHAN Foundation made presentation on the ways of organ donation, concept of brain death and coma, Transplantation of Human Organ Act 1994 and myths about Organ Donation. The public education film on organ donation was also screened.
After the session, employees’ queries on Organ Donation and Brain death were clarified. Around 120 members attended the session.
Mr.Sai baba, Scientist and CE of Nuclear Fuel Complex who came as chief guest to the session, appreciated MOHAN Foundation activities.
Mr. Bhaskar of MOHAN Foundation distributed information brochures and donor cards to the employees.
