Organ Donation Information Desk at Santaji Sanskrutik Sabhagruha, Krida Square, Nagpur

    On October 3, 2025, MOHAN Foundation, Nagpur, was invited to set up an organ donation
    information desk at Santaji Sanskrutik Sabhagruha, Krida Square, Nagpur, on the occasion of
    Jyeshtha Nagrik Din. The initiative aimed to raise awareness among senior citizens and
    participants about the importance of organ and tissue donation.
    On behalf of MOHAN Foundation, Ms. Neha Sailwar (Program Executive) and Ms. Veena
    Wathore (Project Manager) managed the desk and interacted with the attendees. They
    provided detailed information about the concept of organ donation, its significance, and the
    process of taking a pledge. Participants were guided step-by-step on how to fill out the pledge
    form, and their questions regarding organ and tissue donation were addressed with clarity and
    sensitivity.
    Informational brochures were distributed to the visitors to enhance understanding and
    encourage continued awareness among their families and communities. The desk created an
    engaging environment where participants could openly discuss the topic and express their
    willingness to support the cause.
    The event concluded with a group photo session with the participants, marking a successful
    and informative awareness drive.
