On 27th June 2019, Mrs Pramila Devi, Principal of Government Mohan Kumaramangalam Nursing College invited MOHAN Foundation to deliver an awareness talk about organ donation for the nursing students of the institute. Around 165 nursing students participated in the programme.
Mr. Dileep Kumar S, a Transplant Coordinator from the Foundation began by introducing himself to the students and other staff who were present. Mr. Dileep then administered a small quiz to test the knowledge of the students about organ donation and transplantation, keeping it interactive. He then began his presentation and covered the following points:
After the program students asked a few questions and shared their thoughts with Mr Dileep. After the question-answer session, Mrs. Pramila Devi thanked Mr. Dileep Kumar for delivering the awareness talk for the students of the college.
