On October 10, 2025, an organ donation awareness session was organized for the BBA students of Soka Ikeda College of Arts and Science for Women. MOHAN Foundation was invited to conduct the session and create awareness on the importance of organ and tissue donation.
The session commenced with Ms. Ann Marry, faculty member, introducing the speakers — Ms. Sandhiya, Intern, Soka Ikeda College, and Mr. Ganesh C., Senior Executive, MOHAN Foundation.
Mr. Ganesh began by introducing the work and initiatives of MOHAN Foundation, followed by Ms. Sandhiya's informative talk on organ donation, types of donations, brain death, the time factor, and common myths and facts related to organ donation.
Mr Ganesh then spoke on how to register as recipient and how to safeguard from scams related to organ donation. He then conducted a movie-based quiz on organ donation. 48 students and staff participated.

Later, Mr. Ganesh explained how to register as an organ donor or recipient and shared valuable insights on avoiding scams associated with organ donation. The session concluded with an engaging movie-based quiz, in which 48 students and staff members participated enthusiastically.
