In order to inculcate the higher human values of love towards their fellow beings in its highest form by donating the organs after death, St. Philomenas hospital invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct a series of awareness programmes for their students. As a part of this, MOHAN Foundation organized an awareness programme on Organ Donation for the First and Second year B.Sc Nursing students on 2nd November 2011. A group of 130 budding nursing professionals who attended the programme pledged their organs and took up the responsibility of being ambassadors for the noble cause during their professional life.
