



On August 23, 2025 – An impactful organ donation awareness session was successfully held at Government High School, Gungal. Project Manager Mr. Venkatesh Kattela from the MOHAN Foundation delivered engaging PowerPoint presentations to over 100 students and faculty members. The sessions were carefully scheduled to minimize disruption to the school's academic activities.
The session successfully covered essential aspects of organ donation, including the critical distinction between brain death and cardiac arrest, the significance of the donor card, and the urgent need for organ donation in society.
The program was well-received by the school administration and staff. MEO Pandu Ranga Reddy and the faculty members expressed their appreciation for the MOHAN Foundation’s dedicated efforts in promoting this vital cause.
The session concluded on a high note, with enthusiastic participants, including both students and faculty, pledging to donate their organs, demonstrating a strong commitment to this life-saving initiative. The event successfully fostered a greater understanding and positive attitude towards organ donation within the school community.
