    Feedback:

I recently attended the Transplant Coordinator Certificate Course and its webinar sessions over a period of four weeks. It was a truly valuable learning experience. The sessions were well-structured, informative, and delivered by experienced professionals in the field of organ transplantation. The webinars provided deep insights into various aspects of transplant coordination, including donor management, legal and ethical considerations, communication skills, and grief counselling. Each session helped strengthen my theoretical knowledge and gave me practical tools that I can apply in my role. This course has not only enhanced my understanding but also increased my confidence in handling real-life transplant cases. It has helped me build a stronger foundation in this field and has opened up new perspectives for my professional growth. I believe the knowledge and skills gained from this course will greatly support my career as a transplant coordinator, helping me serve patients and families more effectively and contribute meaningfully to the field of organ donation and transplantation. I am grateful to the organizers for offering such a high-quality learning experience. It was an excellent opportunity, and I highly recommend it to others in this field.

I am a kidney transplant recipient. I underwent my transplant surgery in 2021. I suffered 8 years of kidney failure, finally underwent the renal transplantation.  I decided to support and help the organ failure people; hence I joined a hospital as a non-medical staff which helped me gaining knowledge, getting experience and skill. I wanted to be a Transplant coordinator. The MOHAN Foundation TCPC course has been instrumental in my journey - it served as the key and the portal to my learning. Through their guidance and training, I am completely ready to do my job ethically and confidently.
