The programme commenced at 1:30 p.m. till 4 pm and focused on several critical aspects of deceased organ donation and end-of-life care. Among the invited panelists was Mr. Gabriel Pereira, Organ Donation Ambassador from the MOHAN Foundation, who shared insights on community engagement, public awareness, and the importance of encouraging families to have conversations about organ donation. The panel also included Dr Preeti Varghese, Joint Director, SOTTO Goa, as well as transplant coordinators and intensivists from various transplant hospitals across the state.
