On the occasion of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar’s birth anniversary on 14th April 2014 the Youth Club of Ponneri conducted awareness programme on Organ Donation. Mr. Mathiazhagan, Treasurer of the club invited MOHAN Foundation to speak about Organ Donation and gave an introduction on the activities of the Youth Club.
Mr. Prakash K, Transplant Coordinator, MOHAN Foundation Chennai conducted the session and explained about the concept of Organ Donation.

At the end of the programme Ms. Thanigai Selvi, Field Officer-PWD thanked all the participants. In that programme 75 people participated and 35 members picked the donor card.
