MOHAN Foundation was invited to attend the Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon (VDHM) Philanthropy Awards Ceremony, and Ms. Pallavi Kumar, Executive Director, MOHAN Foundation NCR, represented the Foundation at the event. The ceremony was held on November 28, 2025, at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi.
The invitation was extended in recognition of MOHAN Foundation being awarded “NGO with the Maximum Number of Social Stars (Change Initiators and above)” at VDHM 2025 — an acknowledgment of the organisation’s ability to inspire citizens, mobilise committed supporters, and build a strong movement around the life-saving cause of organ donation.
The awards evening celebrated outstanding fundraisers, corporates, and NGOs whose efforts contributed to significant social impact through this year’s marathon.
A key highlight of the ceremony was the recognition of Dr. Anurag Gupta, a neurosurgeon, spine surgeon, Ironman, triathlete, and marathoner. Dr. Gupta raised ₹4.3 lakh in support of MOHAN Foundation’s cause Anudaan, earning him the position of the third-highest fundraiser and the Social Impact Leader Award. His contribution reflects a growing public commitment to the mission of organ donation.
The event brought together NGOs, volunteers, corporate supporters, and changemakers — all united by the belief that collective action can transform lives. For MOHAN Foundation, this recognition reaffirmed that organ donation is not only a medical act but a profound expression of compassion, empathy, and the power to give life.
