On 28th March 2018, MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum's donor memorial calendar was inaugurated by Mr. Jagdish Chandra (Executive Director, Zee Media Corporation Limited). The calendar has a brief introduction of 25 Organ Donors of Rajasthan.
The opening ceremony was graced by presence of MFJCF- Navjeevan team members:
Shri Rajiv Arora, Mrs. Bhavna Jagwani (Convener), Dr. Anita Hada Sangwan, Mr. Amarjit Sangwan, Mrs. Hemlata Shah, Mr. Prajesh Taneja, Mr. P. C. Jain, Mr. J.K. Jajoo, Mr. Ravi Kamra, Mr. Govind Gurbani, Mrs. Ranju Jain, Mrs. Rajula Loona, Mrs. Renu Uba, Punjab National Bank Smt. Kalpana Gupta (Zonal Manager) and Mr. Daya Shankar Sharma (Marketing head)., Mr. Roshan Bahadur and Mr. Pawan Kumar Dubey.
The Donor memorial calendar also carries a brief introduction of 25 Donors of Rajasthan who were declared brain dead by the doctors following an accident or some brain trauma. Subsequently family members were counseled by MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum- Navjeevan team and after consent their vital organs were transplanted to save lives of 93 other patients.
It is one of a kind initiative of MFJCF- Navjeevan members to felicitate organ donor and to spread awareness about the noble cause
