Awareness sessions on Eye Donation Conducted at Public Health Centre Sakharshet, Palghar

  • On May 21, 2026, MOHAN Foundation conducted an eye donation awareness session at PHC Sakharshet with an attendance of approximately 30 participants. The primary objective of the session was to enlighten the participants about the significance of eye donation in offering vision restoration for individuals suffering from corneal blindness. Detailed insights on the eye donation process, eligibility criteria, and the advantages of eye donation were shared comprehensively with the audience.

     

    Moreover, the participants were urged to raise awareness about eye donation among their families and communities.
