MFJCF conducted an awareness session on organ donation at Nursing College at Rajasthan University of Health Sciences,Jaipur on 27th February 2023.
MFJCF members Bhawana Jagwani ,Renu Uba, Amarjeet Sangwan were also present. It was a 1-hour 30 mins session which was attended by the faculty of nursing college and 150 nursing students.
Students were made aware about organ donation, its importance by Dr.Anita Hada. A role-play was done Team MFJCF where they recreated the scene on ‘counselling a family for organ donation’. Under the guidance of the principal Dr Madan Mohan Meena, Students of nursing department had made wonderful posters on organ donation and a beautiful Rangoli promoting the cause. Students also put up a skit, promoting the cause of organ donation and the greatness of a donor . It was an interactive session. Students saved the organ donation toll free number 1800-103-7100. 80 Organ donation cards were also handed over for pledging.
