


Government High School Ramathandalam, accommodates students of 12 villages in Tiruvallur District. On June 24, 2025 an awareness on Organ Health and Wellbeing was organized to the students of 8th to 10th grade.
Mr. Ganesh C, Senior Project Executive, introduced MOHAN Foundation and explained is activities and achievement to the students. Ms Merlin, Intern from Nazareth College of Arts and Science engaged the students and explained why organ fails, following healthy lifestyle, and about tissue and organ donation and transplantation.
She then explained how organ donation saves life and how a single donor can save upto 8-9 lives. She added when and how organ donation happens and how to get organs through government and organ donation helpline number 1800 103 7100.
56 students and 6 teachers participated participated. MOHAN Foundation extends it warm gratitude to Ms. Karpagam, HM, Government High School Ramathandalam, Tiruvallur District for the opportunity and support.
