For the promotion of Noble cause Organ Donation Mohan Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum- Navjeevan team conducted an awareness talk on organ donation under the aegis of India's leading newspaper Dainik Bhaskar and Hindustan Zinc to make the villagers aware about the organ donation. The talk was held on 13 Jul 2018 at Mini Sachiwalye, Kabra Gram Panchayat, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Mr. Govind Gurbani and Mr. Ujjawal Pandey represented the MFJCF -Navjeevan team.
More than 20 villagers attended the session and got sensitized about the noble cause.
Mr. Surendra Singh, Mr. Ramswarup and Mr. Lalchand (representative DainikBhaskar), Mr. Suresh Chandra Sharma (Secretary) welcomed Mr. Govind Gurbani and Mr. Ujjawal Pandey and invited them to deliver the talk.
Presentation was highly appreciated by the guests and villagers and some questions were asked and answered by the MFJCF -Navjeevan team members. Som of the major questions were
1. Why do we need to donate our organs?
2. I have heard that organs are selling in our country, is this true?
3. How can I add my known in the kidney waiting list for transplantation?
After the session 20 villagers picked the donor cards and Mr. Suresh Chandra Sharma addressed audience and thanked MFJCF -Navjeevan team, Dainik Bhaskar and Hindustan Zinc to conduct such awareness program in Udaipur.
