



Mr. Dhileep working as a Senior Executive - HR in Rane Engine Valve Limited (REVL), Trichy called MOHAN Foundation for an awareness programme for the employees. Mr. Dhileep’s interest in campaigning for organ donation started during his post graduation in social work. The street theatre performed by his team on organ donation at Madras School of Social Work (MSSW) was vibrant and innovative. It is still in the memory of MOHAN Foundation’s staff.
Mr. Dhileep tries to spread the message of organ donation wherever he goes. As part of his company’s CSR activities, he organized an awareness talk on 17th January 2013. About 130 employees including management staff, programme team members & company operators - training, apprentices (Basic Training Centre, REVL) participated in the programme. The concepts and the importance of organ donation were explained to the participants by Ms. Sujatha Niranjan, MIS, MOHAN Foundation. The participants were moved by the donor stories which were shared during the session. The videos on organ donation were also played. 120 employees pledged to donate their organs and tissues by signing a donor card.
