Actor Surya’s fans gather for a cause - Blood and organ donation
On July 23, 2011, popular Actor Surya's Fan club in Velachery, Chennai requested MOHAN Foundation to put up an awareness stall on organ donation as the actor's fans wanted to celebrate his birthday meaningfully.
This event saw an overwhelming gathering of both young and the old coming forward to donate blood and picking up the donor card for multi organ donation. About 50 people picked up the donor card showing their solidarity towards the cause of organ donation.
