  On 15^th May 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms Kanwaljeet Kaur, Principal and Ms. Kulwinder Kaur of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Jhanjeri (Punjab) near Chandigarh to conduct an awareness session for their students. Approximately 50 students from class 12^th and 5 teachers attended the session.

   

  The Session was conducted by Ms. Deepika Arora, She covered following topic during her talk

  • Need for Organ Donation
  • Types of Donors
  • Difference between Natural death & Brain death
  • Myths & Misconceptions of Organ Donation

   

  Students were very attentive & alert and showed interest to be Organ Donor.

   

  All the students & teachers were highly motivated and said they will come forth to make it a success in their areas.
