  On 26^th March 2021, MOHAN Foundation in association with Transplants – Help The Poor Foundation conducted an awareness talk on Organ Donation for students of Legacy by Parul Arya Academy, Nagpur. Ms Parul Arya (Director) arranged the webinar on Google meet.

  Ms Parul Arya introduced the speaker Ms Prarthana of MOHAN Foundation to the audience. After that Ms Prarthana Dwivedi began session by introduced MOHAN Foundation to the participants. She explained the following points in detail:

  • Whom to contact for organ donation?

  • What is natural death and brain death?
  • What is the eye donation process?
  • What is the bone donation and process?
  • Causes of brain death
  • Role of ZTCC in organ donation
  • MOHAN Foundation activities 
  • Using the MOHAN Foundation’s website and help line number

  • What is Natural death?

  Ms Prarthana. Dwivedi answered all the queries promptly. Around 55 participants attended the session and 15 took pledge to become Organ Donor.
