Mr. Pankaj D. Mandape, Associate Professor, M.J College Bhagini Mandal, Burdi, Nagpur organized a rally in the Drugdhamana Grampanchayat on 21st January 2020 to spread awareness on organ and tissue donation among the residents of the panchayat. The rally was organized following an awareness session for the students of Sai Taj Polytechnic College who participated in the rally.
The rally began at the college and ended at Drugdhamna Grampanchayat office, covering approximately 1 to 2 kilometers, between 4 and 5.30 pm. The rally was able to reach out to more than 100 people and 4 signed the consent form to be organ donors.
All the promotional material used during the rally were made in association with MOHAN Foundation.
