MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms.Priscella, Vice Principal, NRI Nursing College, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada to make presentation on Organ Donation to B.sc and M.sc Nursing students on 19th July 2014.
Dr.Bhanu Chandra of MOHAN Foundation made a presentation on concept of Organ Donation and Brain death, Transplantation of Human Organs act 1994, Myths involved in organ donation, ways of Organ Transplantation and explained about Donor card.
Dr.Koti reddy of MOHAN Foundation spoke on Role of Nurses on Organ donation and about Transplant Coordinators Training Program.
Around 200 students and 10 staff members attended the session.
Ms.Shathi of MOHAN Foundation distributed Donor card and Information brochures.
