On 18th October 2022, Platinum Green Cricket Association's Secretary- Mr. Sudhir Chowji invited Mr. Bulu Behera to set up a stall on organ donation for the cricket team of Jaitala
Mr. Bulu organised the stall with the help of MOHAN Foundation’s donor cards, banner, standee and brochures. He then discussed the concept of organ donation, who, when and how can organs be donated was discussed, concept of brain death and circulatory death was discussed in detailed, importance of donor card was shared. Finally certain myths and misconception surrounded by the topic was clarified.
Certain questions asked by the audience were as follows:
40 people visited the stall and 5 of them pledged their organs. We thank the organisers for inviting us and supporting the cause of organ donation.
