Vijay’s fan club- Velachery invited MOHAN Foundation to put up a stall at Thiruvanmiyur on the day of actor Vijay’s birthday. The youth group who belongs to the fan club decided to pledge for a donor card and wanted to donate blood. During this occasion actor Vijay made a visit to the spot and appreciated the youth group who has come forward to do some good activity in supporting the public.
43 youths supported organ donation and pledged for a donor card and 38 youths donated their blood to Government General Hospital, Chennai. The fan club members have decided to organize organ donation awareness program for their community and pass on the information to their neighboring communities so that all age groups will come forward to support such a noble cause.
