Mr Prakash Bapat, Organ Donation Ambassador from Pune conducted the seminar on 'Organ Donation: A Supreme Gift' for 'Ekata Mahila Mandal' on 13th December 2023 at Gururaj Society Hall, Pune. This mandal has lady members and they conduct various programs and lectures on various topics each Wednesday. They invited Mr Bapat for a talk on Organ Donation.
The lecture lasted for an hour with 10 minutes for Q/A. The total attendance was 55 and it was a lively session. It was a fairly new topic for them, and they had many doubts which were clarified at the venue and also later on. The Ambassador also got a lot of messages on whatsapp with their doubts after the talk. Mr Bapat resolved many misconceptions about organ donation from the minds of the audience.
