Ms. Pallavi Kumar invited to speak at the Faculty of Social Work, Vadodara

  • On January 11, 2023 Ms Pallavi Kumar addressed the 1st and 2nd year students of the faculty of Social Work of the Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Vadodara. She was accompanied by Mr Clint Misquitta, Lead Learning and Talent at. Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance (ETLI). Prof Ankur Surendra Saxena, Professor (CAS) facilitated the interaction.

     

    This was part of the 3-week long Organ Donation campaign called #PassItOn launched by Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance in partnership with MOHAN Foundation. At the centre of the campaign lies a relay marathon called Zindagi Express, which will travel 5,500 Kms across multiple cities in India to raise awareness regarding the dire need for Organ Donation. Besides an extensive BTL activation, the campaign will be supplemented by a robust digital and PR outreach.

     

    While Mr Misquitta shared with the students how ETLI has been working to promote organ donation in partnership with MOHAN Foundation, Ms Pallavi shared with the students the concept of organ donation, the Indian reality, the myths around organ donation and how the students could have a career in the field of organ donation.

     

    Close to 100 students attended the session.
