MOHAN Foundation Invited to conduct Awareness Session on Organ Donation for Students of Sanghameshwara School, Bengaluru

  On 13^th January 2023, Ms. Rajeshwari KL Director of Sri Mahathapasvi Seva Trust (R), organised an awareness program at Sanghameshwara School Bengaluru and invited Mohan Foundation to organize an awareness programme to the students of the school

  Mohan Foundation was represented by Mr. Marulappa LN (Transplant Co-ordinator) and Mrs. Ranjini Shankar MS (Project Manager Mohan Foundation)

  The following concepts were addressed to the students:

  • Introduction about Mohan Foundation
  • Organ Donation
  • Eye Donation
  • Blood Donation
  • Circulatory Death
  • Brain Stem Death

  During the interaction the students raised their queries on the following:

  • Declaration of brain stem death
  • Living Donation

  Around 110 students participated in the awareness program.
