

The Delhi Nephrology Society invited Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director, MOHAN Foundation to deliver a talk on 'Family Counselling and Communication in Brain Death Cases, including Medico-Legal Aspects in Certification' at their Symposium on Deceased Kidney Transplantation” held at Hotel Suryaa, Delhi, on November 16, 2025 at 10.15 am.
Mrs. Raghuram spoke on different stages of grief, how hospitals can initiate the deceased donation program in a phased manner, and also how they should handle medico legal cases.
The audience consisted of nephrologists, residents and students. They received the talk very well, and asked several pertinent questions.
