On 16th June, 2016, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Commandant, Col Yadav, Commandant, 12Pb. N.C.C. Bn. and Col. A.S. Sarna, Commandant, 14 Pb. N.C.C. Bn., to conduct an awareness talk for their N.C.C. Cadets and J.C.Os at Ropar.
The groups of students were from Hoshiarpur and Pathankot, Government and Private Schools. Even though many cadets were from rural background it was heartening to see that they were quite aware of Organ Donation and Transplantation, especially Eye and Kidney donation. They were very enthusiastic about organ Donation. Around 550 cadets and J.C.Os participated in the program.
Audiences were given an introduction by Mr. Sudhir Dewan and presentation on Organ Donation and Brain Death by Deepika Arora.

Types of Donors
It was a very interactive sessions. Participants asked various questions as regard to donation and also organ trade and how are we overcoming that.
