On 14th October 2025, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Principal Mr. Jaswinder Singh Government Model Senior Secondary School, Mauli Jagran Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on Organ Donation for their Students. Approximately 100 students from class 11th and 12th attended the session.
Students were given an introduction & presentation on how important is Organ donation and tissue donation and too many people waiting for transplant by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
A short informative film on brain death was also shown and the importance of family consent in the process of organ donation was explained to the students
After the presentation students discussed the whole process of organ retrieval and transplantation. All the students got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. Students did applaud in the end for the efforts taken by MOHAN Foundation.
