MFJCF Conducts Awareness Talk on Organ Donation at Bhagwan Jhulelal Mandir, Jaipur

  On 15^th August 2019, MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum (MFJCF) conducted an organ donation awareness talk at Bhagwan Jhulelal Mandir in Kanwar Nagar, Jaipur during a programme organized by Rajasthan Swasthya Yog Parisdad for their Yog Shivir members on the occasion of Raksha Bhandan. Around 45 participants were present at the event.

  Mr. Govind Gurbani spoke about eye and organ donation and explained the following points in detail:

  • Types of organ donation and who can be a donor
  • Difference between natural death and brain death
  • Donation in case of natural death and brain death
  • Importance of the donor card
  • How to pledge organs by registering at MOHAN Foundation

   

  Following the interactive session, the entire group was motivated and convinced to support organ donation. They would love to share their wish with their families as well.
