On December 1, 2025, MOHAN Foundation’s Ms. Prachiti Mali and Mr. Nikhil Nagarkar were invited by Aryan High School to conduct an awareness session for the students.
During the session, Ms. Prachiti Mali created awareness on eye donation, explaining key aspects such as corneal blindness, causes, necessary precautions, and the age criteria for eye donation, while also addressing common myths and misconceptions. This was followed by Mr. Nikhil Nagarkar, who spoke about organ donation and emphasized the importance of maintaining good hygiene and a healthy lifestyle, helping students understand the role of personal health in overall well-being.
A total of 200 students attended the session and participated actively. Many students showed keen interest and raised questions such as:
What are eye corneas?
What is meant by eye donation?
MOHAN Foundation extends its sincere gratitude to Aryan High School for supporting this noble cause and for providing a platform to raise awareness about eye and organ donation among students.
