Eye Donation Awareness Session at Aryan High School

  • On November 29, 2025, MOHAN Foundation’s Prachiti Mali was invited by People Shop,

    Aryan High School to conduct an eye donation awareness session for the General Public.

    During the session, Prachiti Mali explained the key concepts of eye donation, corneal

    blindness, necessary precautions, causes, and the age criteria for eye donation. She also

    discussed the legal aspects of eye donation and addressed several myths and misconceptions

    related to the subject.

    A total of 24 participants attended the session. Some attendees also pledged to donate their

    eyes, showing strong interest and support for the cause. Participants raised a few important

    queries, including:

    What is the cornea?

    Who needs cornea surgery?

    MOHAN Foundation extends heartfelt thanks to People Shop, Aryan High School for joining

    hands and supporting the noble cause of organ donation by raising awareness among the public.
