On 25 Nov 2015 on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mr. Milab Singh to put an information stall at Gobind Pura Gurudwara, Nagpur. Mr. Bulu Behera and Ms. Kanchan Shewde, Transplant Coordinators manned the organ donation awareness stall. Approximately 100 visitors visited to Organ Donation awareness stall.
Mr. Bulu Behera & Ms. Kanchan Shewde gave the following information:
1) What is organ donation and types of organ donation?
2) What is brain death in case of brain death which organ and tissue can be donated?
3) What is Natural death in case of Natural death which tissue can be donated?
4) What is difference between coma and brain death?
6) MOHAN Foundation activities and the helpline number?
15 visitors signed the consent form and picked the donor card.
