Mr. Sharad Jighkar, Regional Transport Officer, Giripeth, Nagpur invited MOHAN foundation to conduct an awareness session on organ donation. It was for drivers and was conducted on 29 June 2018 in his training hall.
Mr. Bulu Behera, Transplant coordinator, MOHAN Foundation delivered a talk on Organ Donation. In his talk he explained for following points:

v Difference between Brain Death Natural Death and Coma
v Myths related to Organ donation
v Deceased donation cases in Nagpur
v Transplant hospitals in Nagpur
v Importance of Donor card, Helpline number and website
It was a very interactive session.35 drivers were present at the talk and 3 drivers signed consent form and took donor cards.
