MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum- Navjeevan (Knowledge Partner for this awareness campaigning) conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Singhatwada Village, Udaipur, Rajasthan on 06.07.2018 with the collaboration of DainikBhaskar and Hindustan Zinc.
More than 50 villagers attended the session and got sensitized about the noble cause.
Col. LokeshShukla and Mrs. Shukla represented the MFJCF- Navjeevan Team. Mr. Hitesh Joshi (Representative DainikBhaskar) and Mrs. Aruna, (CSR Department), welcomed MFJCF Members and invited Col. LokeshShukla to deliver the talk.
During the presentation following points were covered by MFJCF Member
1. Brain Death and Coma.
2. Difference between cardiac and brain death.
3. Role of an NGO in organ donation process
After the session all villagers took the donor cards and posed with message "I SUPPORT ORGAN DONATION" and 34 people picked up the donor cards.
