  Mr.Yuvaraj, 32, was married and blessed with three children aged 10 years, 6 years and 3 years old. He was working as a driver and led a peaceful life with his wife and children in spite of his meagre salary. Mr. Yuvaraj met with an accident while crossing the road and he was rushed to a local hospital in Vellore. Later he was shifted to the Government General Hospital, Chennai. After a series of medical examinations he was declared brain dead by the doctors at the hospital. His wife was inconsolable and the whole family was in deep grief trying to make sense of the terrible tragedy. The transplant coordinator from MOHAN Foundation counseled the family and put forth the option of donating Mr. Yuvaraj's organs to help those in need. Mr. Rajendran, Yuvaraj's father and family, then made a collective decision to donate his organs.
