Ms. Shanthi of MOHAN Foundation met Dr.Ramana Murthy, Chairman, Andhra hospital and took permission to educate the hospital employees on Organ donation on 17th March’2014.
We arranged a talk on Organ Donation in two sessions, one in the Morning and other one in the afternoon.
Around 50 nurses attended the morning session and around 40 employees from other departments attended the evening session.
Dr.Bhanu Chandra, MOHAN Foundation spoke on Organ donation, Concept of Brain death, THO 1994 act and Myths involved in Organ donation.
Ms.Shanthi, MOHAN Foundation distributed Donor cards and information brochures to the participants.
