On 5th March 2020, MOHAN Foundation was invited by NSS Unit of University College of Commerce and Business Management, Osmania University, Hyderabad for an awareness session on organ donation and its importance in our country. There were 60 students and 15 faculty for the awareness program.
Mr. Sachin Sunny, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation, started the session with an interaction with students about values in life. Gradually, he started with an introduction of MOHAN Foundation and the importance of organ donation in the current scenario. It was an interactive session with question and answers. The doubts that the audience had were clarified by him.
Participants were interested to hear the concepts of organ donation and to promote about organ donation. Everyone came up to register for organ donation and picked up the donor cards. They assured that they would discuss organ donation with their family and friends.
