Ms. Bhanu Priya, Assistant Professor SIMS Nursing College, Guntur invited us to make presentation on Organ donation to SIMS students on 22nd April’2014.
SIMS is the largest educational group with 5000 students in Nursing, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy colleges in Guntur city.
Ms. Bhanu priya arranged presentations in three sessions for nursing college students.
Dr. Bhanu Chandra, MOHAN Foundation made presentation on the importance of Organ Donation, THO 1994 act, Concept of Brain death, Ways of Organ Transplantation and Myths involved in Organ Donation.
Around 2000 nursing students from BSc, ANM and GNM attended the presentation in three sessions and all their queries were clarified.
Ms. Shanthi, MOHAN Foundation distributed Donor Cards and Information brochures.
