MOHAN Foundation won two subcategory awards at the GRANT THORNTON SABERA (Social and Business Enterprise Responsible Awards)
MOHAN Foundation’s National Organ Donation Toll Free Helpline (supported by SBI Foundation and SBI DFHI Limited) won the Initiative Award (under 5 Cr budget) in the Swasthya Kalyan (Health and Well-being) Category and it also received the Not for profit of the year award (Below 5 Cr) under the Entity Award
Grant Thorton SABERA acknowledges and recognises Business & Social Enterprises along with individuals working responsibly. It honours and rewards corporates, NGOs and social heroes engaged in promoting sustainable development, and award categories are based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
MOHAN Foundation was chosen among many organizations doing amazingly good work. It was indeed an honour for the Foundation, but most importantly it is a recognition of the need for organ donation work which has been neglected far too long.
