On 17th August, 2013 an awareness talk on organ donation was organised at Government Degree College, Jadcharla, Mahaboob Nagar district, Andhra Pradesh. The talk was attended by intermediate and degree students. MOHAN Foundation, Hyderabad was invited by the Department of Youth Services to conduct the session. Dr. Bhanu Chandra, MOHAN Foundation, Hyderabad represented the Foundation and spoke about the issue to the audience.
At the event a blood donation camp was also organized by Red Cross, Mahaboob Nagar District.
Around 350 students attended the session. Donor cards and information brochures were distributed at the event.
