On 21st December, 2015, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the NSS Program officer Mrs.Dewan to conduct awareness talk on organ donation at NSS Camp at Govt. Polytechnic College for Women, Chandigarh. She is very forthcoming for the cause of organ Donation and encourages her students to volunteer for it. She invited MOHAN Foundation for the second time and promised to aware her new batch every year.
Students were given a presentation on Organ Donation by Program Officer Nilakshi. The students not only participated by sharing some organ failure stories but asked many questions also regarding organ donation. There were around 100 girls were present at the session. After the presentation they promised they will definitely work on the cause. They were asked to fill in their e donor cards and the information brochures were also distributed.
