On February 5, 2026, MOHAN Foundation organised an eye donation awareness session at Dr. M. L. Dhawale Memorial Trust Hospital, Palghar for the general public.
During the session, Prachiti Mali explained the concepts of eye donation, corneal blindness, precautions, causes, and the age limit for eye donation. The legal aspects of eye donation and several common myths were also discussed and clarified.
A total of 75 members of the general public attended the session. Many participants actively interacted during the session, pledged for eye donation, and asked various questions related to the process and benefits of eye donation.
